Tarangire National Park

A beautiful and wildlife-rich national park located in northern Tanzania. It’s known for its large herds of elephants, as well as a diverse array of other wildlife including lions, leopards, zebras, wildebeest, and more than 550 bird species.

Tarangire is also known for its stunning landscapes, with a mix of savannah, woodlands and swamps. The park is home to the Tarangire River, which is an important source of water for the park’s wildlife and attracts a large number of animals during the dry season.

One of the most popular activities in Tarangire is game viewing, both by vehicle and walking safari. You can also see the famous Baobab Trees that are so characteristic of the area.
