2 Days Lake Mburo National park Horseback riding Uganda safari tour

This is the beginning of this wondrous safari. Pick up from your place of stay, drive via Kampala-Masaka highway which connects to the park. Arrive in the park in time for lunch at your reserved lodge lodge. Enjoy the charming atmosphere of the park and use this time to settle in.

Take the afternoon to lake Mburo for this impressive boat ride on the lake. The lake is home to huge hippos, crocodiles, lots of water loving birds flying in the air like B-52s, see buffaloes drinking along the shores to quench their thirsty and much more.

Today you report to Mihingo lodge to start off your horse safari experience. Riding on the back of the horse gives you a chance to come close to the wildlife. Ride through the astonishing rolling hills, valleys and the beautiful savannah plains of Lake Mburo seeing elands, antelopes, warthogs, bush pigs, waterbucks, zebras, impalas,  and much more.  Everyone can get to ride the horse because you will be guided by a team of experts through this activity.

This horse ride can be organized either on the 1st day or 2nd day.

The horse safari marks the end of this trip. Drive back to Kampala after lunch with a stop at the equator line.

You can choose to continue to Queen Elizabeth national park for yet another thrilling wildlife adventure to spot the tree climbing lions.
