Day 2; Rest and relaxing day.
Tune out and take a break
Time to take it easy – African style! One of the favorite Swahili expressions is pole pole(slow) and that’s exactly how today will go! Take the opportunity to sleep in, read a book, enjoy the amazing views, and simply switch off from the world for the day, indulging in the rare pleasure of having no responsibilities. This is a well-deserved break after days of being on the road, and a good way to prepare you for the next few days of safari adventuring.

Day 3; Safari game drive
Ngorongoro crater
Nothing but nature – Ngorongoro Crater Magic!
Be sure to wake up early today, so there is no delay on your descent into the famous Ngorongoro Crater. As soon as you arrive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area you will be amazed by the beauty around you. Even more so when you arrive at the edge of the crater and take in the amazing view over one of the natural wonders of this world. At the end of the afternoon, you head to Ngorongoro Crater rim for lodging and dinner.

Day 4; Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park
Countryside landscapes and road-tripping en route to Serengeti
Today you have a long and rewarding drive ahead of you, as you make your way from Ngorongoro Conservation area and into Serengeti National Park. The road will take you through the Maasai homeland, the only tribespeople permitted to live in the Conservation area. Traditionally nomadic, the Maasai people are rich in culture and can often be seen herding their cattle in brightly colored traditional Maasai robes. They live in complete harmony with the earth, using their long-ingrained family knowledge of plant life as a means for survival.

Day 5; Full Day game drive Serengeti
Central area
Seronera & the best of the big cats
This game drive leads you through the Seronera area, the heart of Serengeti National Park. Be amazed by the vast plains and the enormous amount of wildlife that can be seen here, and start counting the Big Five. Serengeti Seronera is well known as being home to a large number of big cats – lions, leopards and cheetahs. This does not deter the elephant, giraffe, hippo, crocodile, buffalo, and impala who are also popular inhabitants of Seronera. Around midday, you will stop for a break to enjoy a packed lunch and stretch your legs before ‘jumping back in your jeep’ ready for another few hours of spotting the animals in the afternoon. At the end of the day, you will return to Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma for dinner and a good night’s rest.

Day 6; Serengeti – Tarangire
& Visit Maasai boma Ngorongoro
Ngorongoro Maasai
New day, new possibilities and endless new animals to be spotted across Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park. Serengeti is always filled with adventure and new discoveries; no two days are the same in this massive park. Today you will cross these famous plains and pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Here you are invited to visit a very special Maasai Boma – a ‘village’ of the Maasai tribe in the middle of nowhere. The Nomadic Maasai are the only humans permitted to reside inside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and a visit is like stepping back in time. With your heart and camera filled with spectacular images, you make your way onwards to Tarangire National Park

Day 7; Tarangire – Arusha
Safari drives in Tarangire National Park, before transfer to Arusha town or to Airport.
Tarangire, The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River, which crosses the park and is the main source of freshwater for the wildlife. This quiet park is famous for its elephant migration, birdlife, and authentic safari atmosphere. You will enjoy a packed lunch at midday and at the end of the afternoon’s game drive, you will make your way to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport catching your flight to the next destination.
